We only ever employ staff that are already experienced within the travel sector, then optimise and enhance their skills through further regular training.



Typically, client teams assigned by The Travel Company are comprised of consultants under the responsibility of an operationally empowered section manager. Each team is reinforced by an account manager with responsibility for co-ordination, service levels, cost controls and management reporting.
